We are currently seeking an Estimator / Surveyor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As an Estimator / Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating and interpreting consultant specifications regarding heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing systems.
As you progress in your role, you will receive training in estimating and the completion of technical submissions, enabling you to develop into a more senior position and support the process of bringing our outsourced HVAC consultancy services in house.
Additionally, you will:
- Liaise with clients regarding designs, drawings and technical submissions
- Manage enquiries from qualifying through to quoting
- Produce quotes in a timely and professional manner
- Organise site surveys
- Identify potential supplier sources
- Ensure all data and documentation is accurately recorded and updated
To be considered as an Estimator / Surveyor, you will need:
- Experience in an estimating role
- Experience of working on several projects simultaneously
- A practical understanding of building structures and mechanical systems
- The ability to work with and explain complex technical drawings in a clear manner
- Organisational skills
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT proficiency
- A full, valid driving licence
