Pay Rate:
£180 Per Day PAYE/£225 Umbrella Rate
Job Purpose
To ensure supply and availability of company medicines via our NDC and Agency partners to all customers of the UKMC.
- Ensuring supply to patients
- Minimise impact on customers purchasing company products in line with capacity and product availability.
- Ensure status of supply and issues/risks communicated to Operations to support Sales & Operational Planning processes
- Responsible for stock / inventory management processes and systems with regards to the supply of company products to Agents and end customers of the UKMC.
- To ensure and maintain balanced and compliant stock holding across the Distribution Centre (Movianto) and at all Agent depots.
- Support core inventory processes: Stock reconciliation; discrepancies management; stock losses and gains & agent claims.
- Collaborate with supply chain manager and supply chain finance manager to maintain high customer service levels.
- Provide Inventory input as required for monthly/weekly S&OP / JOC / Supply Chain Team meetings.
- Monitor stock movement interfaces daily, to ensure all movements are completely processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure all customers have updated details in SAP and are able to order product, manage supply chain arrangements for purchasing products, Parameter setting and reactive customer reviews process includes utilisation of 3rd party (4Sight) for initiating audits
- Support communication and resolution in Supply and Inventory Management issues both internally and externally, assist where necessary in customer call handling.
- Responsible for execution of inventory and customer servicerelated reports in line with agreed frequency schedule and made available to the entire team
- Actively seek to minimise levels of stock write off through proactive product management (Life cycles and Pack changes)
- Maintain effective communications with Distribution Centre and Manufacturing sites.

- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Management and development of processes
- Analysis of data and trends in data sets
Desirable:
- Project management
- Supply chain experience (in pharmaceutical industry)
- Understanding of supply management
