Up to £40,000 DOE

Puro Accountancy are happy to be supporting our client, a small but busy accounting firm based in Birmingham, in their search for an experienced and motivated Accounts Senior to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and reviewing yearend accounts for a variety of clients
Completing tax returns and computations
Providing advice and guidance to clients on accounting and taxation matters
Reviewing and managing the work of junior staff members
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role within an accounting firm
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional and proactive approach to work
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
Ideally, a relevant accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA) or be working towards one
