Description
As the Sales Director for the UK region, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships for Target Integration


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to partners/customers to promote Target Integration services, particularly ERP System Implementations, CRM System Implementations, and Custom Software Development Services.
  • Make strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Work on executing plans to achieve sales goals
  • Attend meetings to grow the business
  • Generate meetings with potential partners/customers
  • Meet existing customers to look after their current/future needs
  • Collaborate with marketing team for campaign development and other cross functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Participate in customer meetings, represent the company at events, webinars, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems for distribution, retail and manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of sales concepts.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing and growing a sales team.
