As our agency expands we are looking for a
Creative Client
Account Executive to support the Senior Account Manager on a number of exciting projects for our key clients.

This role is within the client services team at our Creative agency and will be responsible for delivering creative projects alongside the Senior Account Manager.

£24-26K depending on experience


Full-time | Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm


Southampton - Office based with the potential for one day a week working from home


20 days +bank holidays plus a day off your birthday as well as Christmas closing hours


Objectives:

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
• Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
• Achieving organisational goals while upholding best practices

Role and responsibilities:

• Supporting the Senior Account Manager in coordinating a broad spectrum of creative client projects
• Liaise between the client services and agency teams
• Briefing both internal and external creative teams
• Tracking project status and driving projects forward with the support of the Senior Account Manager
• Completing projects on time and to budget
• Managing administrative and project work
• Preparing Estimates and POs
• Working alongside the production coordinator to deliver projects with a print production element.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Previous Experience in a similar client facing, administrative role. Ideally within an agency though not essential
• Marketing experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised
• A professional proactive approach
• Team player with a fun attitude
