Happy Place Club teaches gymnastics to children. We work with schools and nurseries, we have a weekend club and we teach private lessons.

Role Description

As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for designing and implementing gymnastic routines, providing individualised training, and creating a supportive and motivational environment to ensure the success of each young gymnast.

Responsibilities:

Going to schools and nurseries to deliver gymnastics training to children
Delivering gymnastics training in our club
Building and delivering bespoke gymnastics training for private clients
Working with our head coach to ensure continual improvement
Building relationships with clients
Supporting all children taking part to improve their skills

Qualifications:

Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field OR a professional gymnastics coaching certification
Experience coaching gymnastics, with a strong understanding of current training techniques and industry trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience in working in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with athletes of all ages and abilities, while creating a fun, safe, and inclusive training environment
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions tailored to individual athletes
A passion for gymnastics and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field
Ability to travel between clients such as a car or bike. Currently our clients are based in North West and Central London
