    this is the jobAs a Team Member, you'll be:

    Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
    • Rolling maki and creating
      our famous itsu dishes Cooking with
      care and precision Maintaining the
      highest standards of food quality and safety
    • Delivering
      excellent customer service with a smile No problem We'll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of
      hands-on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and
      digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
