Customer Service Advisor/ Driver**
Salary: £26,250 per annum

Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays 8am - 12pm depending on business needs (paid as extra hours)

To support our Bodyshop hub for the South West sites, we are looking for someone with:

Excellent computer literacy
Brilliant customer service skills
A full UK Driving Licence
Experience of logistics (not essential)

The role will include, but is not limited to the following:

Administrative duties, including liaising with customers and updating them
Logistical planning and transport planning liaising with the Bodyshop Manager
Inspecting vehicles and assessing damage; taking clear photos throughout
Cleaning vehicles inside and out to a high standard
Collecting and delivering vehicles & observing all highway laws including speed restrictions whilst delivering an extraordinary customer service
