About Lonnen Grove:

Lonnen Grove has six large bedrooms, each with an en-suite wet room, and communal dining and living spaces.

With this small group living, we've found we're able to provide a homely and supportive environment that's more responsive to individual needs.

Daily life at Lonnen Grove is all about choice. Everything we do is personalised to the individuals we support.


Together with loved ones and professionals, we design a care plan, tailored to individual needs and goals, that enables people to live life exactly as they choose to.

We encourage the people we support to continue to do the things they enjoy. We enable them to learn, volunteer and find new hobbies too if they wish.


About the Role:

Your role will involve supporting people with all aspects of their day-to-day living, which may include taking up new hobbies, meeting friends, getting involved in social activities, going to the gym or looking their best


Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Providing personal care such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and on occasion, assisting with meal times
  • Promote independence, dignity, respect and choice across service users
  • Support social and recreational activities; both in and out the home individually, or as part of a group
  • Maintain care records; recording observations, activities and assessments
  • On occasion, welcome and train new members of your care team

As a Care Assistant, you'll provide person-centred care to support our service users to maximise their independence and live their best life.


  • You will provide warmth, enthusiasm and compassion when providing care
