Specializing in soft serve ice-cream, crepes, waffles, smoothies, and cakes, we're all about friendly, energetic vibes, and delicious treats. Our outside location provides an amazing atmosphere, particularly in the summer months


About the role:
We're seeking a passionate and hardworking Dessert Shop Assistant to join our team.

You will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, preparing our delectable treats to a high standard, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in our fast-paced, efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders

Prepare desserts and drinks to a high standard

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Provide excellent customer service at all times

Upsell and promote products to customers


Requirements:

Strong customer service skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Attention to detail and brand aesthetics

Team player with a positive attitude

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Level 2 food hygiene certificate is preferred but not mandatory


Working Hours:
The shop operates from 10 am - 9 pm, with hours possibly varying depending on the season. Please note there are no chairs in the shop, and standing for extended periods will be necessary.
