Help Desk Co-ordinator - St Albans, United Kingdom - Trade Team Recruitment
Description
Trade Team are currently recruiting for X2 helpdesk coordinators with FM experience to start ASAP,Daily Duties:
- Booking in Reactive maintenance,
- Booking in works such as pothole refill, door lock changes etc
- General admin duties
- Most work is through the FM system however some will be done via phone
Requirements:
- FM experience
- Experience in a similar role
- Good telephone manners
- Able to give accurate details of any requirement after training is given
Hours:
- Monday
- Friday
- 8:30 am 5:30 pm
- This is all based in the office, no workingfrom home
Salary package:
- £27,000 per annum
- up to 20 days of leave
