An opportunity has arisen to join our Digital Transformation Programme to work as a key member of our Project Support team.
The post holder will be providing onsite support and assistance to service staff with the implementation various Digital projects across the region.
The main task will be to provide 1:1 and group support to both administrative and clinical staff in a variety of clinical environments as they embrace new ways of working.
The post holder will be based at Brighton General Hospital, but the ability travel to various Trust sites across Sussex will be an essential requirement for the role.
A key part of the role will be the ability to work closely with SCFT service staff including nurses, doctors, therapists and other healthcare professionals and strong communication skills at all levels will be required.
The post holder will be a key member of the Systems Training team and will also work closely with the Digital Transformation team providing support for projects and business as usual as required.
As some of the Trust's services are operational 24 hours per day, seven days a week, the post holder will be required to work a flexible work pattern potentially including some weekends, bank holidays and evening hours, which will be determined by the project needs.

The Project Support Officer (PSO)will provide onsite and remote assistance for services across Sussex primarily focusing on the implementation of the Digital Health Record (SystmOne) and supporting other Digital project deployments at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust.
The post holder will have experience in a customer service or other support type role and possess excellent IT literacy skills.
The post holder will have excellent communication skills and the confidence to work closely with Health Visitors, Nurses, Doctors, and other Health Care Professionals.
