We are currently working alongside a leading private sector organisation in their search for an Interim Commercial Manager. The role will operate on with a hybrid working structure and will be for an initial 6 month period. The day rate will be inside IR35.

Our client is looking for this individual to sit across two of the most profitable business units within the organisation and provide commercial / contractual support for timely development, approval and issuance of bids and proposals.

Previous experience in reviewing and draft Contractual documents/ agreements;
Builds a customer relationship & good in a customer interface role with Project/ Bid Manager;
Well organised and confident individual able to take the lead on business issues;
Strong Commercial awareness and business acumen, understanding of the law;
Demonstrate the ability to identify contract terms that if accepted would represent a significant risk to the Company;
Previous experience working within the Defence sector is also desirable.
