General Summary
Are you a creative videographer with a flair for stunning visuals and an eye for social media trends?


Bonnier Books UK is looking for an exceptional content creator to become a part of our innovative Marketing and Publicity team.

Reporting to the head of marketing, you'll be responsible for crafting best-in-class video content for our books, from bestselling YA through to cutting edge thrillers, commercial fiction and non-fiction, and plenty more.


You'll deliver exciting and engaging content that showcases our incredible authors, brands and imprints, supporting marketing managers with their frontlist marketing campaigns and developing ongoing content strategies.

Key responsibilities:


  • Produce video content for key releases, events, advertisements and general social media usage.
  • Work with our PR and Marketing teams to create engaging social media content for use across Meta, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Lead on the set up of cameras and lighting for social media content creation
  • Video editing, motion graphics and postproduction
  • Travel to events including signings, launches and festivals to capture high quality content
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Publicity teams to share learnings and best practice around video content
  • Become inhouse expert and internal point of contact on all video content creation
  • Advise on technical aspects of video content creation

Qualifications and Experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of video production, and how it correlates to social media
  • An eye for key trends and how video styles engage with audiences
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Adobe Suite, After Effects & photoshop
  • Advanced knowledge of camera & lighting equipment
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Premiere or similar
  • An excellent eye for creative marketing material
  • Ability to perform to deliver highquality work to deadline
  • Proactive and confident around all aspects of content productions
  • An active interest in books and / or publishing industry experience preferred but not essential
