    About Our Telford Site

    Our advanced manufacturing site in Telford is one of our main processing facilities, processing up to 1.3 million products daily. With over £1.8 million invested in technology and equipment, it's one of the most advanced food manufacturing facilities in the UK.

    About the Role:

    We're seeking an experienced Production Manager with a proven track record in people management. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a FMCG environment and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing operation.

    The role is based at our Telford site, where you'll be working Sunday to Thursday in a dynamic FMCG factory environment. As Production Manager, you'll be accountable for operational output within your designated factory area, ensuring KPIs, targets, and business objectives are met.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet all requirements in terms of legislation & company policy, ensuring the safety of employees, equipment, infrastructure, and products.
    • Lead and develop a team of Section Managers to drive individual and departmental performances.
    • Be the Zone lead for customer visits and audits, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and delivery.
    • Direct activities across key functional areas to ensure priorities for the duration of the shift are focused on through effective resource utilisation.
    • Provide feedback and analyse effectiveness of any new projects, policies, and procedures to senior management.

    Requirements:

    • An experienced Section or Production Manager who has managed similar production & site operations.
    • Proven people management skills in a diverse and demanding environment, with the ability to lead and motivate the team to achieve required operational outputs.
    • Project and continuous improvement experience implementing change initiatives through effective and proactive leadership.
