- Monitor support tickets, ensuring quality information is captured and tickets are fulfilled against service level agreements and produce monthly statistics.
- Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
- Assist users with any IT issues that arise
- Ensure Anti-Virus definitions are uptodate and enabled. Ensure windows updates are routinely applied
