Objective

About the role

Working with the Marketing and Client teams to ensure that all branded presentations are created to a high standard.
Liaising with the New Business team and senior management to create onclientbrand New Business presentations for Mindshare.
Supporting all pitch meetings to create collateral that communicates our thinking and agency capabilities in the best possible way.
Work with suppliers, inc. printers, and video production companies, from briefing to production.
Creating images, charts, and infographics that effectively communicate key messages and can be incorporated into presentations.
Work closely with the Marketing team to design and create marketing collateral, including events, social media, and reports. This will also include the creation of shortform video content.
Assist with developing brand positioning and style guides and produce creative which maintains these standards.
Organise and lead photo and video shoots, often with external photographers and videographers.
Support internal teams with adhoc design support.
Demonstrate critical and logical thinking, including problemsolving and ideation.

About you

We are looking for someone with a positive, cando attitude and willing to muck in at short notice and against tight deadlines. We are a small, friendly team that supports each other on key outputs across the year and are looking for someone who is an effective communicator and collaborator. This can be a fastpaced environment; we need someone with experience working across different design formats. The role will allow you to grow your understanding of media and advertising and is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in multiformat design.
