Leicestershire County Council are looking for a Triage Officer for their Homes for Ukraine programme

Hybrid Working Arrangements


Responsibilities of the role:

  • To ensure a smooth transition and management of the matching process and placement.
  • To be responsible for answering queries, chasing payments and liaise with other teams to resolve IT issues
  • To be able to recognise when a task needs to be prioritised
  • To be able to work under your own guidance but confident to ask for help if required

Requirements of the role:

  • Able to work with spreadsheets
  • Have good communication skills
  • Previous relevant experience of working in a customer service environment.
