Role:
Caretaker/Bulk Waste Driver in Brixton, London (Must drive)

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a positive impact on your community while driving? We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker/Bulk Waste Driver to join our team in Brixton, London.

Position:
Caretaker/Bulk Waste Driver

Location:
Brixton, London

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some weekends (not all)

Pay:
£15 per hour PAYE including holiday pay

Vehicle: 3.5 Tonne Bulk waste van

Requirements:

Full UK driving license

Ability to work efficiently as a caretaker and handle bulk waste duties

Responsibilities:

Safely operate the vehicle to collect and transport bulk waste materials
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
Manage bin store area
Deal with any residents complaints/issues.
Report any wasterelated issues to the supervisor promptly
Assist in general caretaking duties as needed

Qualifications:
Full UK driving license with a clean record

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Physical ability to handle heavy loads and perform caretaking tasks
