Temporary to permanent role.
Our client, the UK's leading air and water treatment specialists, has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to join their team
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager you will play a key role in customer service for the sales and business development teams.
The role:
- Pricing, raising and checking quotations.
- Acting as the first point of contact to both internal and external customers.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure satisfactory completion of quotations/order process.
- Building relationships with the internal department.
- Processing sales orders
- Building, managing and supporting relationships with suppliers/subcontractors.
- Producing regular reports with sales statistics for individual accounts and the team.
- Working closely to support the Business Development team with all administrative tasks.
- Maintaining client database/CRM
- Gathering, qualifying customer enquiries to enable them to be passed to appropriate the account manager.
- Creating and maintaining Excel databases & schedules
Key skills/ experience:
- Able to work with complex data sets and investigate issues with the data/processes to resolve.
- Good attention to detail: able to proactively spot potential errors to ensure processes are delivered right first time.
- Strong written and verbal skills to ensure clear and professional communication.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
