Sales Support Executive

Temporary to permanent role.

Our client, the UK's leading air and water treatment specialists, has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to join their team


Reporting to the Sales Support Manager you will play a key role in customer service for the sales and business development teams.


The role:


  • Pricing, raising and checking quotations.
  • Acting as the first point of contact to both internal and external customers.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure satisfactory completion of quotations/order process.
  • Building relationships with the internal department.
  • Processing sales orders
  • Building, managing and supporting relationships with suppliers/subcontractors.
  • Producing regular reports with sales statistics for individual accounts and the team.
  • Working closely to support the Business Development team with all administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining client database/CRM
  • Gathering, qualifying customer enquiries to enable them to be passed to appropriate the account manager.
  • Creating and maintaining Excel databases & schedules

Key skills/ experience:


  • Able to work with complex data sets and investigate issues with the data/processes to resolve.
  • Good attention to detail: able to proactively spot potential errors to ensure processes are delivered right first time.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to ensure clear and professional communication.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
