Remit

Compass Associates are working with a highly reputable care provider that deliver quality care to elderly people across the UK.

They are an established provider with a large remit of care homes that offer residential, nursing, dementia, respite and palliative care.

Due to recent acquisitions, our client has provided junior staff opportunities to grow their careers and offer senior managers the tools and autonomy to build successful teams which has led to successful Care Inspectorate and CQC reports across the services.


This home is newly built, luxury care home that is located in the quiet suburbs of Aberdeen, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the company of others.

The home offers a range of high-quality nursing care as well as specialist complex care.


General duties will include but won't be limited:
Holding managerial responsibility and showing leadership to the care, catering, housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative functions of the service.
Leading a staff team to ensure the home runs smoothly and upholds practices to the highest standards.

Liaise with critical external stakeholders to ensure community engagement and the reputation of the home is upheld to the highest standard.

Maintain high standards in the home in line with C.I. requirements.

Needs to be an experienced and current Home Manager who is a registered nurse.
Will have great communication and interpersonal skills, but most importantly have a passion for high quality care.

Location
The role is based in Aberdeen and is commutable from Stonehaven, Newburgh, Keith, Inverurie, Edzell, Tulloch, Peterhead, Elgin, Dundee and Inverness

Interview Process (3-stages)


First stage:
Phone call with Regional Manager


Second stage:
Face to face interview with Regional Manager and Divisional Director


Third stage:
Walk around the care home with the Regional Manager
