Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team.

You will have a proven track record, capable of utilising the relevant means of sourcing and identifying talented individuals specific to the business requirements.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary between £20,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience plus additional earning potential, 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, company pension enrolment and fantastic progression opportunities as the business continues to grow.

This is a hybrid office/home-based role whereby the Resourcer will be used to working in a fast-paced environment, you will need to hit the ground running and prove your capability, by working a range of roles across the Financial Services Industry.

This is very much a progressive role, and you will have excellent career prospects to develop within the business.

Skills and knowledge to be a Recruitment Consultant

Familiar with working on multiple recruitment campaigns
Experience ideally in Financial Services (but not essential)
Strong written and verbal communication skills

The Recruitment Consultant role may be suited to an agency-based resourcer, a Recruitment Administrator or Account Manager wanting to take the next step in their career.
