YourParkingSpace is an online marketplace and parking reservation service for drivers looking to find and pre-book parking in the UK.
The platform features over 350,000 privately owned and commercially operated parking spaces which are available to book by the hour, day or month on a subscription basis.
We recently secured a £5 million investment from Pelican Capital, which will kickstart our next phase of growth - It's an exciting time to join the teamWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?
- Manage estates hardware throughout the Uk & Ireland
- Drive client satisfaction in our services and infrastructure
- Organise signage packs, kiosks, cameras for deployment for our installation / maintenance teams
- Partner with internal teams to understand client expectations and key performance
- Understand requirements for installations, and keep all involved informed
- Work day to day with our teams across the country to maintain equipment to the highest of standards
- Report faults with systems, and ensure engineers attend upon key time frames and keep all relevant departments informed
- First point of contact for Hardware issues and day to day problems throughout the estate
- React to Hardware faults as they arise, or logged by other departments
- No past experience is required in this role, though, a keen individual to learn is key
- Training will be provided
- Able to work weekends on a pro rata basis including out of hours support
- Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences
- Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders.
- A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables.
- Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations.
- Passion about business and dissatisfaction with the status quo always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients
- Basic analytical skills, IT Skills, Microsoft Office, Excel etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated
- 24 days annual leave + this increases after 3 years, with one extra day added each year (maximum 3 additional days)
