We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Women Leader to join our team. As a Women Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading and empowering women within our organization. Requirements:
- Must be a degree holder
- At least a certificate in ministry training
- Lead worship and manage a team of women, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Proficiency in both English and Yoruba languages, with the ability to communicate effectively and fluently in both.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a church or ministry context, with a focus on women's empowerment and ministerial care.
- Collaborate with other leaders to ensure equal opportunities for women in all aspects of the business
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity, promoting an environment where all voices are heard and valued
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with women of diverse backgrounds and ages.
- Passionate about women's ministry and committed to promoting gender equality, inclusivity, and spiritual growth.
- A heart for serving others and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of women within the church and broader community.
- Uphold the values, doctrines, and beliefs of Kingdom Palace Outreach, aligning with the principles of the Christian faith.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£16,000.00-£17,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
