Job Purpose
To provide a professional and quality centralised service to the Princes group wide businesses for sales to UK and International customers.
Dimensions
- Promotional budget c£160 million
- 4,000 Rebate Entries per annum
- 8,000 invoices processed per annum
- 10,000 pricing condition changes per annum
Principal Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely validation of all customer invoices.
- End to end processing of all promotional deductions and invoices.
- Responsible for entering price changes and new line forms ensuring appropriate authorisation has been obtained.
- Liaising with Sales for full query resolution in connection with customer invoices and pricing.
- Hold biweekly meetings with Sales to review rebate balances.
- Quarterly review to identify rebate releases.
- Ensure scanning is completed to meet internal and external audit requirements.
- Maintenance and reporting of deductions accounts.
- Processing of staff sales.
- Internal control compliance.
- Maintain a positive business relationship with all internal and external customers.
- Provide holiday cover when required for other members of the team.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- SAP knowledge an advantage or experience of fully integrated systems e.g. JD Edwards or Oracle.
- Knowledge of Food & Drinks Sector preferred but experience of any industry with sale of goods to Convenience, Foodservice and Industrial sectors.
- Previous experience in an Administration function.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Excel
- Highly numerate and literate.
- Attention to detail.
- Team Player.
- Adaptable to change.
