Description

Job Title: Plant Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Plant Mechanic to join our team in High Wycombe.

This is a workshop-based position with minimal travel, and we offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000, along with a holiday package totalling 28 days and internal and external training.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out servicing and repairs to hire fleet machinery.
Repair customers' own machinery and equipment.
Assist customers when calling in to our premises for either repairs or advice.
Work on-site, including deliveries where required.
Complete all relevant paperwork, including safety certification.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, servicing vehicles or machinery.
Familiarity with the construction sector.
The ability to diagnose problems with machines and suggest suitable repairs.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
Working hours: 8am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours week).
Discretionary performance-based bonus.
Holiday Package: 20 days + 8 bank holidays.

Pension.
