Meraki Talent are delighted to be exclusively engaged with the appointment of a Newly Qualified Accountant for a dynamic business based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre.

The Role

This position will be working closely alongside the Financial Director making it a perfect opportunity for a first-time mover to develop in a forward-thinking firm.

The role is offering a salary between £40,000-£45,000 DOE + bonus and benefits and the successfulindividuals responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Assist with monthly/quarterly internal financial reporting requirements as well supporting the year end statutory reporting process.
Ensure budgets and actuals are correctly captured and reflected
Implement financial controls and processes ensuring alignment with wider Finance policies.
Manage end to end cash management process including performing cash reconciliations
Assist with cash flow management and forecasting
Providing financial support and guidance in respect of the wider businesses Activities and strategy.
Provide the General Manager with accurate and insightful management information (MI) to assist in commercial decision making.
Working closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner
Business Diversification and the wider Finance team in reviewing and processing third party operator revenue.
Lead and coordinate on the forecasting/budgeting process in line with Finance timeframes.
Build relationships with the senior management team and wider finance team.
