Description
Responsibilities will include and are not limited to:
- Replenishing office consumables
- Asset inventory ensure office, hub and all branches are up to date, keep monitoring and updated, liaise with PAT testing team and ensure PAT testing is up to date
- Fire Warden
- Answering office phone, dealing with and redirecting queries
- Quarterly newsletter
- PA duties for the Senior Team
- Tasking as defined by the Senior Team
- Monitor and enforce office cleanliness
- Monitor and enforce bin emptying and recycling good practice
- Confidential waste management
- Manage the boardroom schedule
- Internal and external printing and laminating requirements
- Badges and uniform for staff
- Weekly statistics and data gathering
- Meeting minutes as required
- Project work as required
- Admin support for the clinical services team
- Assisting the finance team with admin, change collection and cash counts
- Project implementation and scoping to support the COO
We are looking for a motivated individual with a positive approach to work, great team working skills and enthusiasm to build the pharmacy and property business and there is an opportunity to gain formal training and qualifications.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week
Salary:
£10.00-£12.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Portsmouth, PO1 2RY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
