TPP are looking for a Schools Liaison Officer to join our client, an award-winning social enterprise, in London.

The Role:
As the Schools Liaison Officer, you will lead engagement efforts within school networks, playing a pivotal role in promoting STEAM education amongst young learners and being an advocate for diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schools Network Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with schools, educators, and educational institutions.
- Programme Advocacy: Advocate for activities within school networks, effectively communicating the benefits and impact of the initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Design strategic plans to expand the reach and impact of the school programme.
- Management: Lead and manage a team responsible for logistics, overseeing a team of activity facilitators and contractors.
- Event Coordination: Oversee the logístical aspects of events and activities.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish metrics and systems to monitor the effectiveness and impact of the school programme, providing regular updates.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage allocated resources, including budgetary oversight and allocation of resources for programme implementation.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant organisations or stakeholders to enhance the reach and impact of the programme.
Skills and Experience:
- Background related to education outreach, partnership development, or programme management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage others effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for STEAM education and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute plans to achieve programme goals.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in monitoring and evaluating programme success.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally and work outside regular office hours, as needed.
