Investment Consultant
£26,000 DOE + Uncapped bonus OTE £50,000
Leeds City Centre
Monday - Wednesday 9am - 5:30pm

Thursday - 10:30am - 7pm

Friday 9am - 5pm

My client based in Leeds city centre is currently recruiting an Investment Property Consultant to build strong relationships with Property Developers and Investors in order to sell properties in the UK.

To be considered for this role you must be a tenacioussales professional looking to thrive in a company with huge earning potential.

Your role will consist of the following
You will be provided with hot inbound leads every day, meaning no cold calling is involved.

Some days will be filled dealing with a high level of inbound enquiries and other days you will be expected hit KPI's for outbound calls to a database of unresponsiveleads.

Once you engage in conversation with a client, you are expected to professionally consult with them on their property investment requirements.

Using taught product knowledge, you will then pitch the best investment property based on their requirements.
Essential skills
At least 2 years' experience in a sales role
Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
