Nationwide PPI Advice are a company based in Liverpool, Wavertree that specialise in PPI Claims. We work alongside a panel of Legal Partners helping consumers obtain redress for PPI Claims.

Have you previously worked as a Customer Service Agent dealing in PPI or similar financial services and are now looking for a new opportunity?

Due to continued expansion, Nationwide PPI Advice are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding team in Sale.

This is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Friday.

You will be speaking to clients to obtain information that we require in order to process their PPI Claims.

If you have a passion for delivering great customer service, love working in a team environment and have great communication skills, this role is perfect for you

The role will include daily tasks including;

Contacting existing clients to obtain further information
Chasing existing clients for required documents
Contacting existing clients to request they sign new documents where required
Updating existing clients on the progress of their claims
Working alongside the Administration Team to ensure that all necessary documents or requests sent to clients are dealt with
Updating the CRM to ensure cases are at the correct stage
A fantastic telephone manner
Good communication skills
Confidence in speaking to existing clients and assisting them through their claim journey
Good organisation skills
Attention to detail
Be customer focused

This role will suit somebody who has previously worked in any type of customer service roles.

Job Types:

Salary:
£15,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
