As the Head of Teaching, Learning and Innovation, you will play a vital role in supporting the Director of Student Experience, Quality & Safeguarding in managing and developing teaching, training, learning, and assessment across the student journey.

You will collaborate closely with curriculum managers and teams to ensure that our staff are well supported and inspired to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of the College's Teaching & Learning Principles, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Conduct learning walks, teaching observations, and curriculum reviews to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Produce accurate and timely data for informed decisionmaking, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest innovations in teaching, learning, and digital technology, as well as changes in education policy.
