Lanark Depot

£11 per hour plus 50p per hour attendance bonus

We have ambitious plans to relaunch the brand and propel Shift to become the leading provider of IDW delivery services.


We use AI-driven routing to match van and truck capacity of drivers already on the road, ensuring that consumers and businesses have access to a reliable and flexible moving service that operates on their schedule.


The opportunity as a Warehouse Operative:
We have great opportunities for passionate and dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join our Lanark Team. You will play a key role in supporting our customers in getting their freight delivered to their end customer.


This is an exciting time to join the business where you would play a part in the revitalisation of the Tuffnells brand.


Responsibilities included as a Warehouse Operative:

  • Unload freight from vehicles
  • Organise freight for collection
  • Organise and load freight for final leg delivery
  • Scan and check all freight that arrives or leaves the depot
  • Repackage freight where necessary and add notes and photos to the system to record

What you need to bring:


  • A superb hard working attitude
  • Ability to using scanning devices diligently
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Understand and comply with all health and safety regulations
