Absolute Executive Search are currently working with a Top 30 Accountancy firm in beautiful Brighton to recruit a Audit Assistant Manager.

The Audit Assistant Manager role:
- Take ownership and responsibility for all audits from planning to completion within the agreed budget for the assignment
- Mentor, train and develop more junior members of the team to ensure they perform to their best abilities.
- Prepare statutory financial statements for clients.
- Research any technical issues that may arise
- Manage the billing on all client assignments.
- Ensure that all deadlines are met.
- ACCA/ACA Qualified with at least 2 years PQE in practice
- Good working background in an accountancy practice and working in an Audit focused role.
- Proven experience of producing high quality audits
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Assist with business development activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills
- Overseeing/mentoring more junior staff
