Description
We are working with an organisation who help improve water and sanitation in some of the poorest and most challenges cities in the world.
They work with utilities and independent service providers to tackle the challenges of rapid urbanisation and improvethe lives of millions of people.
As Programme Administrator, you will work closely with the Managing Director and the Advisory Team to deliver projects on schedule and within the parameters set.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Contribute in the preparation of proposals, liaising with consultants, assembling tender documents and ensuring full compliance.
- Support Project Managers with reporting, organising and minuting project meetings and workshops.
- Liaise with consultants regarding contracts and invoices.
- Provide logístical and secretarial support; Manage diaries in a proactive manner. Take notes and minutes as required.
- Support the team with international travel and logistics including booking travel arrangements.
- Manage invoices, and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner.
- Manage recruitment processes, updating job vacancies and ensuring roles are advertised.
- Has an interest in their mission and vision.
- Experienced in working on the administration of projects and contracts.
- Providing administrative support at executive level.
- Good understanding of IT systems and processes.
