Contract: 12 Month FTC - Normal Office hours are Monday to Thursday, 08:30am - 5pm & Friday, 08:30 - 13:30 (35 hours p/w).

What the opportunity looks like:

The Commercial Administrator is responsible for providing reliable and professional administrative support with a focus on international sales. The role also requires for the administrator to drive the planning and running of an annual trade show.

  • Provide general administrative support for line manager and international team/commercial sales and marketing team.
  • Assistance in the coordination of planning and organising meetings and workshops, preparing agendas, chasing action points and tracking/monitoring work streams progress, typing up of notes.
  • Event management organisational support and attendance, specifically TFWA Cannes (first week in October), presence required to man the stand as first point of contact, welcoming delegates and meeting coordination. Attend/host dinners as well as travel / accommodation bookings in the lead up to the event.

Skills and experience that will help you be a success:

For this role we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administration environment.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and experience of working with multiple levels of management.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of and confidence in working with Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel to an intermediate level.
