Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Up sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
From £23,949.23 per year
