Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Up sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
From £23,949.23 per year
