Description

Supporting young people "at risk" of adverse outcomes for the future - you will be the Role Model and Mentor they so desperately need.

Working within a school environment, at the new front line of high need pastoral support, you will need to build immediate trust and rapport.

Making an impact on Day 1, you will be supporting young people from disadvantaged and vulnerable backgrounds, able to relate and engage, intervening where previous interventions have failed.

You will use the therapeutic aspects of sport, physical exercise, music and dance - to find common ground and "breakthrough" to this vulnerable group of students.

Able to open up discussions around mental health and wellbeing, your passion and empathy will overcome barriers to learning as you become the positive influence in their young lives.

Supporting young people both inside and outside of the classroom, no 2 days will be the same and the role will grow, as you make that breakthrough change - creating a more positive future.
