Type:
Full-time Salary: £27,000

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a mentor to the sales manager, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service by implementing and monitoring service standards. Handle escalated customer issues, providing effective and timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyse team performance metrics, implementing strategies for continuous improvement and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency in customer service operations, collaborating with relevant departments to implement changes. Gather and analyse customer feedback to enhance service offerings and address potential areas of improvement.

Process customer orders Invoicing Skills required Proven experience in a customer service role, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. Knowledge of customer service software and systems.
