Recruitment Marketing Specialist duties and responsibilities

Support our regional EMEA recruitment teams executing digital recruitment marketing campaigns to attract highquality applicants
Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns
Track, measure, and report on campaign results
Plan and manage paid Media planning across a range of platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
Liaise with local Kelly marketing colleagues in the EMEA region
Identify advertising channels that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
Research new channels and ways for addressing recruitment challenges
Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels
Ad copywriting
Programmatic job advertising

Recruitment Marketing Specialist requirements and qualifications:

We are seeking a bright, switched-on person who is looking for opportunities to take a hold of in a dynamic and international organisation.

We are looking for someone with:

An ability to work on and run multiple digital advertising campaigns
2 plus years Digital Marketing experience
Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing channels
Strong coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
Strong literacy skills
Native / Fluent English
