As part of our strategic growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Director.

You will build, manage, and lead a team to win new business, maximise our existing frameworks and Group opportunities across our client base, and lead our Bids team, identifying strategic opportunities for continued profitable and sustainable contracts.

Our current client base covers many Tier 1 contractors with a reputation for delivering safe, quality, professional projects, with each of our delivery divisions headed by an industry sector expert.

Living our Core Beliefs of Respect, Growth, Innovation, Partnerships, Professionalism and Pushing the Boundaries, you will be an integral member of the board using your experience of working within the Rail and Civils sector to support, develop and achieve our strategic aims.

We are an award-winning, forward-thinking, innovative organisation working within the rail infrastructure sector.

Established in 2012, we now turnover circa £30M per annum, delivering a range of essential services to our clients, which include Network Rail, Transport for Wales, HS2 Main contractors and core infrastructure projects, including Midland Metro Alliance and the Trans Pennine Route modernisation.

To support our growth strategy, we recently achieved our full Principal Contractors Licence to complement and build on our existing delivery model and our five-year plan to be at least a £50M+ profitable organisation.
