We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with current experience working for an estate agency and/or property developer in the UK.

Our client is looking for a New Homes Sales Advisor to work on a development in Mid-Somerset

Job Role (in brief)

  • To sell new homes offmarket and onmarket
  • Qualifying and managing sales enquiries
  • Conducting viewings and site visits with prospective buyers
  • Conduct buyer meetings to establish motivation and means to purchase
  • Conduct development tours
  • Produce investment summaries and proposals for prospective buyers
  • Sales negotiation
  • Sales progression
  • Business development and networking
  • Cold calling and cold visits
  • Client relationship management
  • Collating marketing and sale documents from instructed developers
  • Always Liaising with developer account managers obtaining updated unit availability schedules and relevant documentation
  • Use current client base and the Company client base to achieve company targets
  • Answering the office phone
  • Assisting and covering staff when required

Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday


Salary:
£25,000


Comm:
£300 per house
