Require Skills:
- Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word & Excel)
- Good numeric skills including accuracy
- Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills
- Shipping/Logistic Industry experience required but not essential
Duties:
- Dealing with customer orders ensuring quality accuracy, delivery time lines
- Monitor and chase documentation in support of the transport operation.
- Answering and responding to incoming calls
- Making outgoing calls to drivers and customers
- Ensure all inbound/outbound paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
- Undertake administrative and filing record keeping duties to meet needs of the Transport Department
