We have a fantastic new Receptionist role at a Luxury Yacht Brokers, based in beautiful offices in central London

Salary:
£25,000 + depending on experience, plus great benefits and discretionary bonus

Hours: 9am - 5.30pm

There are about 40 staff in London and they are a lovely and outgoing team, so this is a great chance to make yourself an invaluable part of the busy office.

Ideally you will have Receptionist experience preferably within a luxury or corporate environment, and be familiar with liaising with UHNWIs.

As the Receptionist you would be based at the front of the office but would be interacting with the team on a regularbasis.

Duties will include:

Answering phones
Meeting and greeting guests
Preparing meeting rooms and providing refreshments
Managing the external contractors
Managing stock (stationery, Nespresso, food orders)
Ad hoc administration as necessary
