OVERVIEW OF THE DEPARTMENT/SECTION
Sales and trading within MUFG EMEA securities


MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

  • Full PA support to the Sales and trading business across the London office on the public side.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to all members of the team, including MD's through to analyst.
  • Manage and coordination of senior members calendars (Only business unit heads).
  • Arrange conference calls and video conferences (room bookings) as required by the team.
  • Manage travel booking and approval processes.
  • Submission of expenses and management in line with company policies.
  • Responsible for the processing of crossentity payments (where needed)
  • To provide cover and support for other Front Office Administrators where possible and needed.
  • Organizing client entertainment events, conferences, team offsite meetings
  • Delegate to check and approve team expenses.
  • Delegate to monitor team costs, travel and market data.
  • Point of contact for the team and hosting visitors from overseas MUFG entities.
  • Undertake general administrative duties, printing and binding presentations/internal reports, scanning, ordering office

WORK EXPERIENCE
Experience of being on a trading floor and supporting teams, including senior managing directors.

PERFORMANCE AND DUTIES


The role holder will be assessed in accordance with their employing entity's performance framework and process with relevant input obtained from the dual hatting entity as relevant.

As duties and responsibilities change, the job description will be reviewed and emended in consultation with the role holder.

The role holder will carry out other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the role as requested by their line manager or Department Head.
