The School of Psychology is seeking to complement and strengthen its excellent research and teaching portfolio.

We are looking to appoint a Lecturer in Psychology, with a research interest in the fields of Coaching Psychology and/or Organisational Psychology.

The post is open to ambitious, research-driven individuals.

You will be able to demonstrate how you will be ready for future REF submission through a publication record and research trajectory that demonstrates high quality with substantial potential for funding.


You will be an excellent team player, committed to delivering a first class learning and teaching experience with evidence of the ability to teach effectively.

You will also be expected to provide leadership in our internal administrative structures to ensure the School delivers an excellent environment for staff and students.

There will be opportunities to develop your knowledge and expertise through staff development courses and events.
