I'm excited to be working with a Legal 500, leading Derby-based firm who are looking for a Wills and Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive to join and become the next asset in their Private Client team.

To fit the bill, you'll have around 2 years PQE and be well-versed in Private Client matters, including:

  • Taking instructions and drafting Wills/LPAs
  • Dealing with Court of Protection matters
  • The use of Trusts in the mitigation of Care Home costs

You'll be joining a forward-thinking, down to earth firm with a stronghold over the East Midlands, meaning high quality work is a guarantee.
