Quality Systems Specialist

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Creation of Regulatory documents, processes, forms etc.
Work under mínimal direction.
Review company systems, policies and procedures and make recommendations to management team
Support liaison with regulatory authorities to resolve regulatory, quality and safety matters
Produce internal reports as required.

Working as part of a team
Required skills and experience:
3+ years of experience in writing technical documents in an MRO or other related environment
SMS qualified/ experience
Knowledge of applicable European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and/or Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Regulations
Experience working with Regulators and Customers and interpreting their requirements and expectations for Quality (and Safety)
Excellent communication skills & good teamwork
Must be computer literate
Must have right to live and work in the United Kingdom
Desired skills and experience:
A background in Aviation Maintenance as advantage
Knowledge of workplace and operational safety an advantage
Experience of reading/interpreting Engineering Drawings and associated standards an advantage
Experience of using Q-Pulse (compliance management system) an advantage
Experience of developing/producing metrics
Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard
