About Our Client:

Our client is a highly reputable business in Portsmouth and is going through a very busy time. There is free onsite parking, good commuting links close to the M27.

As the Accounts Assistant - Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain debtor balances
  • Liaise with account managers on outstanding debt
  • Produce and issue reminder letters
  • Resolve queries promptly
  • Implementing payment plans
  • Produce weekly and monthly statements

The Successful Applicant:

In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant - Credit Controller role, you must:

  • Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
  • OR have previously worked within the Accounts Payable function and have an awareness of how the credit function works
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Have good customer service skills
  • Be able to multi task
