Description

Neway is looking for a Disrepair Surveyor to join our client based with Lewisham Council.

This role is starting on the 4th of March, working 35 hours a week, initially for a 6 month contract.

Pay Rate is £26.89 p/h PAYE

Hybrid working arrangements (field based, Office based and working from home)

HNC/D or degree in building construction is a requirement

Knowledge of the Disrepair Protocol EPA cases, insurance works and any related building law is a must

They must be able to do Report Writing, Scott schedules, specification of works and the use of Schedule Of Rates
